Hi, I'm Mr. Eugene, a sweet, senior Shih Tzu mix looking for my perfect retirement home. I came to the Timmins and District Humane Society all the way from Sudbury, hoping to find a place where I can relax, be loved and live out my golden years.

I might be a bit older, but my heart is full of love. I’ve been through a lot, and while I do have some dental issues, they’ll be taken care of once I gain a bit more weight. That doesn’t stop me from being a gentle, affectionate companion. I get along wonderfully with both other dogs and cats, so I’m sure I’d be the perfect addition to a calm and loving home.

At this stage in my life, all I really want is a family who will give me the love and care I deserve. I’m ready to offer my unwavering companionship in return. If you’re looking for a loyal friend to share your life with, I might just be the perfect fit. I’m waiting for that special someone to give me the second chance I so dearly deserve.
